Meet the Winemaker
Ben Swetnam is an experienced winemaker that continues to produce award-winning wines. Originally from the Avon Peninsula area, there isn’t a role at Avondale Sky Winery that Ben has not held. From picking and pruning the vines, to overseeing the winemaking process, helping customers in the retail shop and serving guests in the restaurant, Ben has done it all! With great knowledge of the specific terroir and vines, Ben continues to produce outstanding Nova Scotia wines.
