The 2024 Tidal Bay vintage is here—and this year marks a new milestone for Nova Scotia wine. With 16 Tidal Bay wines from 16 of our winery members, it’s the most we’ve ever seen in a single vintage, and we couldn’t be more excited to share them with you.
Tidal Bay is Nova Scotia’s signature white wine, crafted under a shared appellation, but with room for creativity. Each winery puts its unique spin on the blend, meaning no two bottles are exactly alike, and every sip tells a slightly different story.
Not only is it uniquely expressive, but it’s also incredibly food-friendly. Tidal Bay’s refreshing acidity and coastal minerality make it a natural match for Nova Scotia seafood—especially dishes like seared scallops, seafood chowder, or butter-poached lobster. Its bright citrus notes also complement briny oysters beautifully. Lighter meats like chicken and pork, as well as plant-based proteins like tofu, and summer salads pair just as well.
